Sheffield Media Ministries uses modern video and audio equipment that are solely dedicated for the Media Ministry. Training is provided for all volunteer positions. There are five main areas where regularly-scheduled Volunteering Members are critical in the operations of the Ministry:
a) Video Production – Volunteer positions include directors and robotic camera operators
b) Audio for Video – Volunteers are trained on how to mix down an audio feed as needed to accompany the video feed, This is commonly called “Audio-for-Video”, which is distinct from the Live mix on the auditorium
c) Projection and Computers – We use volunteers to run the on-screen song lyrics, scriptures, slideshows, and
I-Mag (Camera shots to “magnify” what’s happening on the platform as a means of enhancing the Worship experience)
d) Media Duplication, Sales & Distribution
e) Video Streaming
